    Job Description

    To oversee strategy, planning, execution, optimization and reporting of key Performance Media channels for given client-account(s). To ensure agency Performance Media output is best-in-class by adopting an always-on innovation mindset, partnering closely with key digital media partners and by gaining a deep understanding of your client's business vertical and objectives. To work closely with the Business Director/Lead of your account(s) ultimately ensuring high levels of client satisfaction across your given remit.

    You will be the face of Performance Media for your client(s) and will be responsible and accountable for leading the execution team across channels such as SEM, Social, Programmatic and others. Serving as a key Performance Media stakeholder internally, you will be looked upon as one of a number of champions across your channel disciplines.

    To oversee strategy, planning, execution, optimization and reporting of key Performance Media channels for given client-account, with a particular focus on our client's e-commerce/DTC efforts. To ensure agency Performance Media output is designed for best-in-class e-commerce outcomes, by adopting an always-on innovation mindset, partnering closely with key digital media partners and by gaining a deep understanding of your client's business vertical and objectives. To work closely with the Business Director/Lead of your account(s) ultimately ensuring high levels of client satisfaction across your given remit.

    You will be the face of Commerce Media for your client(s) and will be responsible and accountable for leading e-commerce strategy across channels such as SEM, Social, Programmatic and others. Serving as a key Performance Media stakeholder internally, you will be looked upon as one of a number of champions across your channel disciplines.

    Technical & Product

    -Supervise media briefs and work closely with with Business Directors/Leads to ensure excellence in Performance Media planning.

    -Ensure planning and execution excellence across Performance Media channels.

    -Formulate account-specific product adoption, account optimization & growth plans.

    -Ensure best in class reporting capability, ensuring for the robust client communication of Performance Media results.

    Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

    -Gain a deep understanding of your client's business and vertical at large, understanding their key challenges & objectives and devise a Performance Media strategy that enables competitive advantage for your client.

    -Understand the role of Performance Media in your client's media & marketing mix with the objective of heightening the value Performance Media is able to deliver for your client.

    -Lead all Performance Media strategy/planning client communications.

    -End-to-end ownership and accountability for Performance Media team and output

    Innovative & Analytical Mindset

    -Adopt an always-on innovation mindset, with a hunger for delivering competitive advantage for your client.

    -Work closely with key digital media partners ensuring collaboration on innovation.

    -Collaborate with other relevant Publicis Groupe entities ensuring the leveraging of all Groupe capabilities in delivering best-in-class innovation.

    -Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to make channel planning recommendations by understanding how data sets correlate with one another.

    Have a clear capability of understanding insights behind groups of facts and being able to communicate to client in clear & concise manner

    Qualifications

    -Minimum of 8 years experience in a digital media domain, prefferably agency experience.

    -Experience in being client facing either in a leading or supporting role.

    -Management experience of at least 2+ subordinates.

    -Excellent understanding of digital eco-system, with a deep understanding of ad platforms, technology and activation expertise.

    -Experience in planning, strategy, managing and activating multichannel campaigns.

    -BSc degree (or similar) in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
