We're Hiring – Accountant Since 2004 Entaj has grown into one of Saudi Arabia's leading poultry producers with an annual capacity of over 90 million birds and an ambitious plan to reach 185 million by 2026 Committed to food security and sustainability Entaj continues to deliver high-quality poultry products using world-class environmentally friendly technologies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update bank ledgers record daily accounts receivable transactions Updating banking transactions Follow up daily for outstanding payments Record collections reconcile van salesman account daily Collection record cash in system deposit in bank on daily basis Monitor inventory do stock count weekly monthly as per requirement Count expired stock validate dispatch update entries in system Support implementation accounting systems Maintain required number document copies retention periods legal company requirements Monitor safeguard documents prevent loss damage unauthorized access support business continuity Update filing records indexes ensure documents can retrieved promptly when needed Support Finance providing requested documentation timely manner Recommend improvements assist implementing maintaining internal financial controls procedures Maintain confidentiality security sensitive information Assist preparation coordination audit process Support audits providing necessary documentation Maintain organized financial files documentation Support monthly quarterly annually financial closings Ensure compliance company policies accounting standards Perform other administrative finances tasks assigned
