- Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals on the proper use and application of the assigned products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, showcasing its features and benefits.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns to promote the products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and research and development, to ensure effective product launches and ongoing support.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback and market insights to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes related to assigned products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Medical Devices Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced wound management principles and techniques.
- Experience with absorbable hemostats is a must.
- Knowledge of medical device regulations and quality standards, such as FDA and ISO.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
