• Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals on the proper use and application of the assigned products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, showcasing its features and benefits.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns to promote the products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and research and development, to ensure effective product launches and ongoing support.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback and market insights to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes related to assigned products and services.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Medical Devices Industry.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced wound management principles and techniques.
• Experience with absorbable hemostats is a must.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations and quality standards, such as FDA and ISO.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
