    Job Summary

    We are seeking a creative content specialist to produce high-quality, emotionally engaging, and appealing content across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will develop innovative ideas to drive higher engagement and campaign effectiveness, while collaborating closely with the Growth team to align with AlGooru's brand objectives and target audience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop creative content ideas for social media posts, campaigns, videos, and more, tailored to resonate emotionally with our audience.
    • Write, edit, and check marketing content, focusing on campaign scripts, social media captions, and creative posts, ensuring alignment with AlGooru's brand voice.
    • Collaborate with the Growth team to develop innovative content strategies that go beyond listing platform features, targeting customer pain points and emotions.
    • Contribute to campaign planning by brainstorming unique, audience-focused content ideas that drive higher engagement.
    • Plan and organize content calendars, ensuring content is cohesive and consistently published across platforms.
    • Develop creative, emotion-driven video scripts for ads and social media campaigns, adding a personalized touch to the content.
    • Engage in research to understand audience trends and behaviors, identifying creative ways to address customer needs through content.
    • Research and brainstorm innovative collaboration opportunities with the platform's tutors to produce engaging and compelling content.
    • Support the team in updating and improving existing content, infusing it with creativity and a fresh perspective to make it more engaging and up-to-date.

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience in creative content creation with a strong focus on connecting emotionally with audiences.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation in Saudi.
    • Ability to generate ideas for visually engaging content that understands and addresses the audience needs.
    • Strong command of content creation for social media, especially in formats that highlight creativity (e.g., scripts, short posts, captions).
    • Ability to understand the difference between content types of different channels.
    • Knowledge of the Saudi market and ability to write in an excellent Saudi dialect.
    • Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate on campaign planning.
