Job Summary

As a Communication & Network Specialist, you will bring technical expertise in information technology, service management, data center management, supplier and contract management, and IT support and maintenance. This role requires a deep understanding of Ithra's engineering standards and procedures, along with strong project management skills.

• Manage the End-User Devices Support Unit.
• Oversee Ithra IT Support Services contracts and Telecommunication Services.
• Provide 24x7 support for Data Center Infrastructure and Operations.
• Offer round-the-clock Network Operations Center (NOC) Support.
• Manage Servers, Storage, and Archive Management Support.
• Ensure Local Area Network (LAN) and Wi-Fi Support Services for Ithra staff and visitors.
• Provide Wide Area Network (WAN) and Outside Plant Network Support Services.
• Support IP Telephony and Radio Communication services.

Requirements:

• This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or IT Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in Project Management, Data Center Management, Networking Infrastructure, and IP Telephony.
• At least 5 years' experience in contract management.
• General experience in IT Support & Maintenance, Account Management, and/or Service Delivery Management.
• Certifications in PMP, ITIL, and COBIT.
