    SSC Egypt is seeking a Client Talent Acquisition professional to join our team.

    As a Client Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, ensuring the sourcing and hiring of top talent in a timely and efficient manner.

    You will partner with various stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR business partners, to understand the hiring needs and deliver on talent acquisition strategies.

    The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities


    • Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define requirements for open positions.
    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
    • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and screen candidates.
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
    • Manage the offer process, including negotiating compensation and benefits.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Collaborate with HR business partners to align hiring needs with organizational goals.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
    • Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices.

    Desired Candidate Profile




    Profile:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
    • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Manpower department OR Aramco manpower hiring or SMP department experience is a must
