- Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers to achieve long-term success and develop new business opportunities.
- Customer Relationships: Develop positive relationships and handle customers' needs effectively.
- New Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through existing and potential customer networks.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers.
- Team Supervision: Supervise account representatives to increase sales and ensure their success.
- Reporting: Report on the status of accounts and transactions, setting and tracking sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Sales Metrics: Monitor sales metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
- Performance Improvement: Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Client Communication: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters and build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Trusted Advisor: Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Delivery and Progress: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communication: Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree: BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Work Experience: Proven work experience as an account manager.
- Sales and Customer Experience: Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- CRM and MS Office: Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Sales Performance Metrics: Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Project Delivery: Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Business Acumen: Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
