    Account Manager

    The Account Manager is responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. This role involves negotiation, communication, and understanding customer needs to drive business growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers to achieve long-term success and develop new business opportunities.
    • Customer Relationships: Develop positive relationships and handle customers' needs effectively.
    • New Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through existing and potential customer networks.
    • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers.
    • Team Supervision: Supervise account representatives to increase sales and ensure their success.
    • Reporting: Report on the status of accounts and transactions, setting and tracking sales targets aligned with company objectives.
    • Sales Metrics: Monitor sales metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
    • Performance Improvement: Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Client Communication: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters and build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
    • Trusted Advisor: Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
    • Delivery and Progress: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
    • Communication: Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree: BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
    • Work Experience: Proven work experience as an account manager.
    • Sales and Customer Experience: Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
    • CRM and MS Office: Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
    • Sales Performance Metrics: Understanding of sales performance metrics.
    • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Project Delivery: Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
    • Business Acumen: Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
