    Job Description

  • Check and supervise security situation at guards point in whole Hotel premise
  • Ensure, maintain security and order, professional appearance of guards at security points.
  • Regularly patrol, maintain communication system, updating information of whole area and report to security director weekly and monthly.
  • Handle every incident, problems under security Director' instructions.
  • Being a Specialist to provide the basis knowledge about fire-fighting prevention to staffs, guard
  • Supervises, and if necessary, discipline employees under direct control.
  • Reports sickness or misconduct of Security staff to the Security Manager.
  • Ensures that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag.
  • Builds and efficient team of employees by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and security, training and development.
  • Ensures that all employees have a complete understanding of the hotel's policies and procedures in order that they may adhere to them.
  • Conducts training for new and existing employees as directed, to report all activities to the Training
  • Manager on a monthly basis and to keep accurate departmental records of all training conducted.
  • Ensures that security log books are properly used in order to enable the accurate monitoring of outlet revenue, guest comments and work performed
  • Directly monitor, check and supervise security situation at guard point at the Main gate.
  • Ensure, maintain security and order, professional appearance of guards at security points.

  • GENERAL
  • To maintain good working relationship with all colleagues throughout the hotel / company and outside partners.
  • To report for duty punctually wearing smart attire according to the Business unit's dress codes and name badges at all times, where applicable
  • Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the company is represented.
  • Lead by example at all times
  • To be fully aware of the Group and hotel's policies and procedures and to adhere to them.
  • To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
  • Attends meetings and training as required by supervisors
  • To have a complete understanding of the company's policy relating to fire, safety, hygiene and health.
  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
  • Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of local law.
  • Safeguards company assets at all times.
  • Ensures adherence to internal controls, policies and procedures.
