    Job Purpose:

    Implement the Project Risk and Issue Management framework across designated Red Sea Global projects. The role requires the individual to complete the deliverables across the projects under the direction of the Senior Risk Manager/Associate Risk Director

    Job Responsibilities:

    Strategic Contribution

    • Provide expertise in the domain of Project Risk and Issue Management to assist the Project teams achieve budget and schedule objectives while minimizing environmental footprint, maintaining high levels of commitment to Health & Safety and stakeholder expectations.

    Leadership

    • Identify risk hotspots and trends to achieve the Project objectives in line with manuals, plans, policies, and procedures.
    • Undertake Integrated Risk and Issue reviews with key consultants and contractors.
    • Manage the interface risks from Utilities and Infrastructure Programs.
    • Assist in the quantification of Project risk profiles.

    People Management

    • Strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
    • Collaborative working style and consulting behavior.
    • A logical approach & ability to think through complex issues to co-ordinate multi-faceted aspects of projects.

    Functional Management

    • Facilitate risk and issue workshops as per the Project Delivery Risk Calendar.
    • Support the Senior Risk Manager/Associate Risk Director in the Project risk and issues deliverables.
    • Develop mitigation timelines and track progress.
    • Maintain an up to date Risk and Issues Database for the project/s.
    • Manage the consolidation of risk registers from supply chain (consultants and contractors).
    • Present key risk findings, including assurance of supply chain risk management performance. Compute Management Reserve through Quantitative Cost Risk Analysis (QCRA) on project cost estimates
    • Compute Management Reserve through Quantitative Schedule Risk analysis (QSRA) on project schedules.
    • Undertake Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (as and when required) with focus on mitigation plans.
    • Undertake Quantitative Cost Risk Analysis (as and when required) with focus on mitigation plans.
    • Undertake Lessons Learned exercises.
    • Regularly report risk information, data and trends to the Senior Risk Manager/Associate Risk Director.
    • Generate reports and dashboards from the project risks & issues database for reporting.
    • Ensure continuous monitoring of the compliance with ISO 31000 standard.
    • Assist the Senior Risk Manager/Associate Risk Director in Integrated Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis.
    • Assist Project Directors make important decisions through risk contribution.
    • Assist the project teams in developing 'risk aware' thinking.
    • Assist the project teams in developing targeted mitigations.

    Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports

    • Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

    Safety, Quality & Environment

    • Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the TPMO function's systems, processes and practices considering international best practice, business process improvement, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
    • Willingness to learn and work across multiple projects.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or formal qualifications in Risk Management from Institute of Risk Management, Project Management Institute, etc.
    • Proven experience of implementing Risk Management in recognized international / national infrastructure projects.
    • Experience of implementing Project Risk Management in organizations.
    • Quantitative modelling of Projects Schedule Risk using Acumen Fuse, Primavera Risk Analysis, or @Risk for Microsoft Project, etc.
    • Quantitative modelling of Project Cost Risk using @Risk, Model Risk, Safran Risk, Crystal Ball or other industry standard software.
    • Experience of maintaining risks on databases (Active Risk Manager, Enablon, etc.).
    • Good understanding of Project Controls methodology and interfaces with Planning and Cost Estimating teams.
    • Experience of presenting risk information & interacting with Project Directors.
    • Minimum of years of relevant experience.
