    As the Corporate Communication Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance the company's brand reputation, engage stakeholders, and promote internal and external communication initiatives.     Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Create engaging content for a variety of communication channels, including press releases, social media platforms, internal newsletters, and website.
    • Manage media relations and serve as the primary point of contact for press inquiries and interview requests.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
    • Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate reputational risks.
    • Organize and coordinate press conferences, events, and corporate sponsorships.
    • Manage internal communication initiatives to foster employee engagement and alignment.
    • Provide crisis communication support and guidance as needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in corporate communication roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent storytelling and content creation abilities.
