    Position Overview: Join us in a groundbreaking venture as a Senior Project Manager for Infrastructure Projects at Persistence Recruitment, in collaboration with Jawraa, a leading Saudi Digital Transformation company. We are entrusted to work on behalf of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund's Sovereign Fund Culture and Tourism Destination Giga-Project. This pivotal role, based in Riyadh and beckons a seasoned professional to manage critical IT Infrastructure projects and contribute to the success of this monumental venture.

    Responsibilities:

    • Project Management Mastery: Oversee end-to-end management of IT Infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget constraints
    • Comprehensive Planning: Develop and own detailed project plans, risk assessments, issue tracking, and reporting mechanisms, ensuring transparency and accountability
    • Communication Excellence: Provide regular and concise weekly communications and progress reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged
    • Meeting Management: Effectively manage meetings, maintain accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoM), action logs, and guide change management plans, including team transitions and role mappings
    • Central Point of Contact: Be the central point of contact for all matters related to the Infrastructure and Operations IT Project Portfolio. Work closely with the Technology Governance Team and ePMO
    • Delivery Oversight: Own, manage, and track the overall Projects Delivery for 2024, including planned and unplanned tasks/enhancements and activities
    • Support Transition Planning: Define, own, and manage the plan for handing over support tasks to Infrastructure & Operations Team members. Conduct workshops and ensure seamless transitions
    • Risk Management: Take charge of the overall Risk Log for the Infrastructure team, identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks as needed
    • Strategic Support: Assist in key departmental planning activities, including demand planning and resource management
    • Communication Expertise: Demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written. Deliver high-quality presentations when required
