As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in the field, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment in the field, such as pumps, compressors, and valves.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot any operational issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
• Record and report any equipment malfunctions or incidents.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Should have Hydrocarbons Experience.
• Min 5 Years experience for Gasification Department
• Previous experience as a Field Operator or related role is preferred.
• Knowledge of oil and gas industry equipment and processes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in varying shifts and travel to different locations as required.
