- Maintain thorough knowledge of university admissions processes worldwide, including US, UK, and other international institutions.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide information-sharing sessions on university admissions, guiding students and parents throughout the application process.
- Offer support in crafting university application letters and securing recommendations from teachers.
- Coordinate regular communication with university representatives, facilitating campus visits and fostering connections with the college community.
- Provide supervision to student-led activities or coach/assistant coach athletic teams.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of students and staff.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal or Assistant Principal, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and dedication.
- A master's degree and certification as a school counsellor.
- At least two years of relevant school experience, preferably in an international setting.
- A deep understanding of child protection principles and a commitment to safeguarding student welfare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Drive Apps and exceptional planning, organisational, and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience as a school counsellor in a British School context.
- A strong awareness of child protection principles and a commitment to student safety.
