o Responsible for obtaining an understandingof key business activities and operations, identification of riskareas and control gaps as a part of 'AuditPlanning' process.

o Conductregular audits on company operations and functions, revieweffectiveness of internal controls and compliance with companypolicies and procedures and Recommend actions enhance controlweaknesses and improve operations.

o Develop'Audit Programs & Forms' for auditengagements (including field visits).

o Executeand finalize 'Audit Scope' for planned auditengagements and make appropriate modifications, based on inputsfrom business units to ensure its adequacy.

oAssist in developing audit plans and defining the scope of auditsand audit programs and ensure an on-target implementation of thesame.

o Report 'significant riskexposures and control issues', including fraud risks,governance issues, and other matters needed or requested by theaudit director.

o'Supervise' the workperformed by junior auditors and provide necessary guidance inexecution of fieldwork.
