    Job Description and Qualifications

    SUMMARY
    The incumbent will be directly working with the CEO and Regional Business Development VP assessing the local markets and identify prospects. Once opportunities are identified, He/she will lead all aspects of the opportunity including screening for economic viability, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and then maintaining overall commercial responsibility of the assets.
    NATURE AND SCOPE
    The position is responsible for all aspects of managing business accounts for which covers the supply of products from APQ assets. The position ensures that the customer objectives and business interests are understood in the relationship. He/she will be responsible for establishing relationships, understanding, and communicating the account's requirements, developing and executing account objectives and strategies.

    More importantly, this position will be responsible for account profitability, contract administration and asset management.

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
    Implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth. Support in managing the relationship with customer to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Manage the relationship with all relevant government entities such as the Royal Commission, the Ministries of Energy, Industry and Commerce and other regulatory authorities associated with company operations. Responsible for productivity, cost management of all assets with support from all other functions like plant operations, supply chain, Business Decision Support Clear understanding of production data versus customer demand to maximize profit and avoid / minimize customer claim or penalty. Identify and lead teams combining appropriate business, commercial and technical to execute specific account activities. Act as a focal point for the account , company sponsor's and customer executives, and team members on both internal and external account issues. Manage the entire commercial process incl. Invoice Settlement Process

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor degree in Engineering (typically Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical) preferably with Commercial background.
    • Commercial experience in 5 to 8 years with Industrial Gas background.
    • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key accounts.
    • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
    • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
    • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • A track record in which strong technical and practical operational skills have been demonstrated.
    • Demonstrates abilities in the areas of asset enhancement and financial results.
    • Capable of functioning in goal-driven, fast-paced environments.
    • Must be self-regulated and to possess the ability to work independently.
    • A track record of success on Safety, Environmental, Quality and Employee Involvement
    • Saudi National ideal, but not must for this position.
