Persistence Recruitment, in collaboration with Jawraa, a leading Saudi Digital Transformation company, is actively seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of QA Head.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• QA Leadership:
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the QA department, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Offer expert advice to the Director and leadership team on matters pertaining to the management of quality
• Quality Assurance Strategy:
• Develop and implement a robust QA strategy that encompasses all stages of the software development lifecycle and operations
• Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and grow the QA team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with IT leaders, development teams, and business stakeholders to integrate quality assurance into all phases of software development and deployment
