    PositionOverview:

    As the TalentAcquisition Lead for KSA you will be responsible for overseeing theTalent Acquisition team working closely with the Regional TA Leadto drive talent acquisition strategy in the Saudi Arabian market.Your role involves interfacing with KSA stakeholders to providerobust recruitment services ensuring the acquisition of toptiertalent to meet businessobjectives.


    GeneralDescription of Role andResponsibilities:

    • Leadand mentor the Talent Acquisition team in KSA fostering acollaborative and highperformance culture.
    • Work closely with the Regional TA Lead to align talentacquisition strategies with organisational goals.
    • Interface with KSA stakeholders understanding theirrecruitment needs and providing strategic support.
    • Oversee endtoend recruitment processes ensuring theacquisition of highquality candidates.
    • MarketInsights: Stay abreast of market trends and industry benchmarks toinform talent acquisition strategies.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employerbranding in the KSA market.
    • Help to developand monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure theeffectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
    • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local labourlaws and compliance requirements.
    • Identifyareas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhancerecruitment efficiency.
    • Sourcing technical andspecialized skill sets through innovative tools continuallyproposing new solutions to attract top talents.
    • Evaluating candidate competencies against strictrequirements and providing feedback to stakeholders.
    • Overseeing the use of the applicant tracking systemensuring accurate and timely data entry.
    • Developing and maintaining talent pools for assignedpositions/projects.
    • Collaborating withmobilisation/visa and HR teams to ensure successful candidateonboarding.
    • Perform other responsibilities asrequired/assigned.

    • Strong Communication: Demonstrate influentialcommunication with decisionmakers at all levels.
    • Confidence: Challenge deviations from the recruitmentprocess as needed.
    • RelationshipBuilding:Develop strong relationships with internal and externalstakeholders.

    QualificationsExperience Knowledge and Skills:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or related field.
    • 12 years ofRecruitment experience preferably in the PMCM industry.
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus onleading recruitment teams.
    • Indepth knowledgeof the KSA labour market and recruitment trends.
    • Strong leadership and people managementskills.
    • Strong work ethic integrity andpersonal accountability.
    • Excellentcommunication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
    • Strategic thinking and the ability to align talentacquisition with business objectives.
    • Familiarity with HR technology applicant tracking systems(ATS) and recruitment tools.
    • Demonstratedability to drive employer branding initiatives.
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on datadrivendecisionmaking.
