    About theteam
    In this role youwill be accountable for building and executing KSA Food marketingplans to generate awareness and conversion. It requires a highlevel of market understanding as well as a diverse skill set acrossmultiple areas including communication strategic conceptualthinking analytics and planning.

    Whatyoull do
    • Build quarterlyand monthly marketing plans derived from the demand and commercialstrategy
    • Own marketing goals/KPIs tracking andachievement such as: acquisition retention andawareness
    • Lead and grow a team of marketingexecutives
    • Track and manage marketing budgetsand monthly spend
    • Build and oversee customercommunication plans & CRMprocess
    • Develop and own the marketing calendarand campaigns end to end
    • Work closely with foodcommercial team to build monthly merchant marketingplans
    • Work cross functionally with financeproduct growth brand digital etc on new launches targets/goalscampaign development etc
    • Ensure excellentcustomer experience andjourney
    What youllneed
    • 56 years experiencein Marketing
    • Excellent communication skills inArabic & English
    • Ability to get handsonin a complex operational environment
    • Ability tomanage multiple projects and work towards tightdeadlines
    • Experience handling marketing budgetsand forecasting/reporting results
    • Ability tolead and mentor a team
    • Ability to develop andarticulate highly successful and innovative marketing solutions andcommunicate a compelling vision
    • Confidentoutgoing and with a predisposition to teachothers
    • Experience working within the technologyindustry/startup environment is highlydesirable
    • Educated to BS/MS level within asubject relevant to the position such asMarketing
    • Minimum understanding of the Saudiecosystem dynamics and general Foodscene
