    About theRole:

    As an (OD) Manager youlltake the lead in driving strategic change initiatives for our 7branches refining our organizational structure nurturing leadershipcapabilities and fostering an engaging workplace culture. Your keyresponsibilities will involve crafting and executing changemanagement plans designing effective leadership developmentprograms and implementing strategies to optimize our organizationaleffectiveness. youll oversee recruitment efforts manage employeerelations ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations andspearhead initiatives to enhance employee performance andsatisfaction. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape boththe strategic direction and daytoday operations of our dynamicteam.

    Responsibilities:

    • Overseethe recruitment process including job postings resume screeninginterviewing andselection.
    • Handling employeerelations issues in a positive and productive work environment.
    • Develop and administercompensation and benefits programs including salary structuresincentives and health insurance plans to attract and retainemployees.
    • Develop implementand enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance withlegal requirements and promote fairness and consistency in theworkplace.
    • Design andimplement performance management systems to set the performanceappraisal provide guidance on goal setting and performance feedbackand address performancerelated issues to support employeedevelopment within the organizationalobjectives.
    • Identifytraining needs develop training programs and coordinate learningopportunities to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Develop initiatives topromote employee engagement and morale including recognitionprograms teambuilding activities and wellnessinitiatives.
    • Develop andimplement programs to enhance leadership skills and capabilitiesincluding succession planning and leadershiptraining.
    • Create an employeehandbook that shows the culture and values of the organization andhighlights the employees dos anddonts.
    • Assess and improveorganizational effectiveness and efficiency through processes suchas workflow analysis and organizationalassessments.
    • Analyze anddesign organizational structures and processes to optimizeefficiency communication andcollaboration.


    JobRequirements:

    • 5years of proven experience in the HR field or as an ODmanager.
    • Familiarity withlabor law.
    • Ability to leadand motivate crossfunctionalteams.
    • Proficiency in MSOffice ATS andHRIS.
    • Proficiency incollecting analyzing and interpreting data to inform decisionmakingand measure the effectiveness of HR and ODinterventions.
    • Proficiencyin sourcing screening and selecting candidates ensuring alignmentwith organizational needs andculture.
    • Adapt to bothindependent and collaborativework.
