    Job Summary

    As a Business Communication Partner, you will serve as a communications advisor to the Human Resources and Corporate Services (HR&CS) team, ensuring that all communication strategies are fully aligned with the Corporate Communication Strategy. You will act as a strategic advisor and key communications interface between Public Affairs and HR&CS, coordinating communications across various channels and departments.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Serve as a key interface for all HR&CS communications workstreams, managing input from various teams.
    • Conduct stakeholder mapping and research to understand audience needs.
    • Develop and implement a multi-channel HR&CS communications strategy.
    • Create internal messaging and support materials, aligning with corporate objectives.
    • Coordinate with Public Affairs teams for strategy activation across multiple channels.
    • Establish clear communication KPIs and metrics to measure strategy effectiveness.
    • Advise senior leaders and executives on communication strategies and KPIs.
    • Translate HR&CS objectives into compelling communication concepts for internal audiences.

    Requirements:

    • This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
    • 3-5 years of experience in strategic/international communications, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Energy Sector.
    • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related discipline; advanced qualifications preferred.
    • Experience in internal or community communications roles.
    • Proven ability to develop multi-channel corporate communications strategies in a global organization.
    • Exceptional verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong project management skills and experience as a key interface in communications workstreams.
    • Professional credibility to liaise with senior leadership.
    • Experience working in an international/global company in the KSA or GCC region.
