This position involves financial planning, analysis, monthly closing, budgeting, and reporting to ensure efficient utilization of resources, accurate financial insights, and compliance with accounting and financial reporting guidelines and contractual regulations.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Manage monthly SO forecasting process.
• Ensure adherence to forecasting timelines. (Consolidate, analyses, present, feedback).
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.
• Tracking and forecast of CAPEX/OPEX deployment including cashflows and investment appraisals.
• Tracking of HC ramp-up against established plan. Service Operations organization is currently over 1,400 employees across multiple countries.
• Consolidation of Service Operations KPIs at a regional level, including absorption, HC, productivity, Revenue & EBIT.
• Lead data analytics on multiple sets of data to support topics such as footprint optimization, outsourcing and identification of cost savings opportunities.
• Coordination and tracking of cost-out/productivity measures and support of best practice sharing across the region
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven 7 years' experience in financial management, preferably within the energy or related sectors.
• Preferably experience in FP&A.
• Excellent communication skills in English and in Arabic with the ability to present financial information to the internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
