Job Context: The Project Manager position entails overseeing construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, cost estimates, and allocation of resources.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and various construction experts.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication of expectations and deliverables.
• Oversee and control project costs to ensure projects are completed within the allocated budge.
• Ensure all aspects of the projects meet or surpasses industry quality standards.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Proactively tackle and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Provide routine updates to the management on project status, budget, and timelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• 5 years of experience within the GCC/ Saudi Market.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent Preferred.
• Experience in sustainable and green building practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
