    Summary


    This position holdssignificant strategic importance serving as a key link with ourbusiness development team to optimize the benefits of ourpartnerships. It entails managing relationships with vendorsdistributors and reseller partners to foster mutual growth andsuccess. Key duties involve nurturing robust connectionsnegotiating agreements tracking performance coordinating marketinginitiatives analyzing market trends ensuring alignment acrossfunctions mitigating risks offering training managing finances andconsistently refining partnership strategies. Ultimately this roleis essential for extracting maximum value from vendor and resellerpartnerships thereby bolstering revenue growth and enhancing marketcompetitiveness.


    Responsibilities:

    Vendor RelationshipManagement and Development
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with keyvendors and distributors.
    • Act as the primarypoint of contact for vendors facilitating regular communication andaddressing any issues or concerns.
    • Collaborate withvendors to develop joint business plans and strategies to drivemutual growth and success.
    • Identify andevaluate potential new vendor partnerships that align with thecompanys strategic objectives.
    • Negotiatepartnership agreements and terms to ensure favorable outcomes forboth parties.
    • Develop andimplement strategies to maximize the value derived from vendorpartnerships such as comarketing campaigns or joint productdevelopment initiatives.
    Reseller PartnerManagement and Development
    • Identify and recruit new resellers or channel partnersthat align with the companys strategic objectives and targetmarkets.
    • Negotiatepartnership agreements and terms with resellers ensuring alignmentof goals and expectations.
    • Provide trainingresources and support to resellers to ensure they are equipped toeffectively sell and support the companys products orservices.
    • Develop anddeliver partner enablement programs including sales trainingproduct certifications and marketing collateral.
    Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitorvendor/reseller performance against key metrics and objectives suchas sales targets pipeline and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regularbusiness reviews with vendors and resellers to assess performanceidentify areas for improvement and align priorities.
    • Joint Marketingand Demand Generation:
    • Collaborate withresellers and vendors on joint marketing campaigns promotions andlead generation activities.
    • Develop andexecute comarketing initiatives to drive awareness demand and salesthrough the channel.

    Market andCompetitive Analysis:

    • Stay informedabout market trends competitive landscape and industry developmentsrelated to both vendor offerings and channel partners.
    • Analyze marketdata and competitor strategies to identify opportunities andthreats for the companys alliances andpartnerships.
    CrossFunctionalCollaboration:
    • Work closely withinternal teams including sales marketing business developmentservice delivery and operations to ensure alignment andcoordination with alliance strategies and initiatives.
    • Provide guidanceand support to internal stakeholders on leveraging vendor andreseller partnerships to achieve businessobjectives.

    Risk Management andCompliance:
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor andreseller relationships such as supply chain disruptions qualityissues or regulatory compliance concerns.
    • Develop andimplement contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies toaddress potential threats to alliancesuccess.

    Training and Enablement:

    • Provide trainingand support to internal teams on vendor products services andprocesses.
    • Facilitateknowledge transfer sessions and workshops to ensure effectiveutilization of vendor resources and capabilities.

    FinancialManagement:

    • Monitor and managebudgets related to vendor partnerships including expensesinvestments and cost savings initiatives.
    • Track and reporton the financial performance of vendor relationships including ROIanalysis and costbenefitassessments.

    ContinuousImprovement:

    • Continuouslyevaluate and optimize vendor/resellers alliance strategies andprocesses to enhance efficiency effectiveness and valuedelivery.
    • Solicit feedbackfrom internal and external stakeholders to identify areas forimprovement and innovation in vendor/reseller managementpractices.


    Requirements

    CandidateExperience:

    To excel in this position you will needto:

    CertificationRequirements:

    • Bachelor s degree in Information technology BusinessAdministrationequivalent.
    • Master s inbusiness administration (preferred)

    Skills:

    • Minimum of 10years experience in Business Development or relatedposition.
    • Understanding ofmarketing fundamentals and digital power.
    • Proficiency innegotiating partnership agreements terms and contracts with vendorsand reseller partners to ensure mutually beneficialoutcomes
    • Strongorganizational and project management skills to oversee multiplepartnerships initiatives and deadlineseffectively.
    • Business strategyand market development knowledge with demonstrated analytical andbusiness modelingskills.
    • Ability toinfluence and drive results in a complex technical and businessenvironment including ability to communicate and influence variousinternal stakeholders and across functions (such as marketing salesservices customer success andfinance).
    • Ability tocontribute consistently and positively in a highpaced fastchangingand sometimes unpredictable workenvironment.
