    General Description of Role andResponsibilities:

    • Reviewingthe submitted mechanical drawings and specifications according tolocal and international codes and standards and international bestpractices.
    • Reviewing submitted mechanical shopdrawings and material submissions against approved drawings andspecifications local laws legal requirements and international bestpractices.
    • Ensuring that the design consultantcomplies with all Hill International and the Tunnel Authoritysinternal processes and procedures.
    • Providingtechnical support during the construction period and reviewing theplans as built (AsBuilt).

    QualificationsExperience Knowledge andSkills:

    • Bachelorsdegree in engineering from an accredited university.
    • Minimum of 13 years of experience incomprehensive mega projects Job role includes taking overallresponsibility for mechanical civil engineering on mega projects.
    • Knowledge of systems calculations equipmentapplication of methodologies materials and computers in hisspecialty.
    • Knowledge of mechanical engineeringwork planning and control methods.
    • Previousspecialized knowledge of the field and relevant disciplinepractices and disciplines
    • Knowledge ofrelevant construction practices.
    • Knowledge ofdomain regulatory codes standards design and/or design coordinationstandards with other relevant engineering disciplines.
    • Proficient verbal and written communicationskill
    • Knowledge of engineering proceduresdesign guidelines practice automation applications business andadministrative.
    • Proven leadership skills.
    • Knowledge of project design applications andtools with the help of computer programs (CAD) technology for 2Dand 3D design.
    • Informs themselves of therelevant Quality Environmental Safety and Occupational HealthPolicies Manuals and Procedures within Hill International andensures continued compliance with these requirements while employedby Hill.
    • Perform other duties as assigned bythe linemanager/supervisor.
