Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in the Advertising Services industry in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh .

• Suggesting and developing innovative and creative designs (graphics - drawings - pictures, etc.).
• Developing and implementing the identities and standards adopted in the design processes.
• Coordinating with the rest of the departments to determine and implement the necessary and appropriate designs.
• Ensure that the work team adheres to the identity and standards specified and approved in the design.
• Review designs in projects, verify their quality, and ensure that they are completed in accordance with the specified standards.
• Following up on developments in the field.
• Providing the necessary support to the junior designers in the team, and to all the work team, developing them, transferring knowledge to them, and evaluating their performance.
• Holding workshops with the team, and attending periodic meetings with the client.
• Preparing periodic achievement reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in art direction and or design or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an art director
• Experience in developing visual design
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well with a team and across multiple disciplines
• Highly developed attention to detail and quality control
• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
