- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Computer & Information Systems, Law, or a related field.
- Master's degree and relevant certifications (such as CCEP or CCEP-I) are highly preferred.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance and ethics.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
- Ability to provide guidance and training on compliance issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice and guiding on complex compliance issues within their area of expertise.
- Planning and coordinating operational activities, developing risk management strategies, and documenting compliance program activities within their area of expertise.
- Counselling, guiding, and training the company on various aspects of the compliance program.
- Providing consultative services to subsidiaries and affiliates in all areas of regulatory compliance and ethics.
- Conducting studies, reporting on internal compliance violations, and resolving compliance issues and deviations.
- Recommending appropriate disciplinary action.
- Participating in meetings with internal and external organisations.
- Consulting with internal organisations to develop data, exchange information, and improve compliance processes and activities.
