- Providing technical support to colleagues and users, assisting them with hardware, software, and other IT-related issues
- Establishing and maintaining systems and processes to support the company's IT infrastructure
- Troubleshooting incidents and escalating issues to the appropriate teams, when necessary
- Participating in the development and implementation of new IT projects and initiatives
- Ensuring data security and backup are maintained at all times
- Conducting regular preventative maintenance activities on IT equipment
- Maintaining and updating IT inventory records
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Relevant experience in IT support role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Exchange
- Experience with networking and network technologies
- Knowledge of server hardware and software
- Good communication skills, able to communicate technical information to non-technical people
