We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manpower Manager to join our team. As the Manpower Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and management of manpower resources for the MPSD/SMP/Neom department. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively manage and optimize the allocation of manpower.

Responsibilities:

• handling manpower department with all current & new client
• Gulf or Saudi experience as a team leader or manager for manpower/recruitment/supply manpower department.
• Like Aramco SMP, Sabic, Neom, Marafiq, Maaden, Saudi electricity, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in manpower planning, recruitment, and management roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of manpower planning and allocation processes and strategies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Team leader / In Charge / Assistant Manager with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years as Team Leader
