    Clinichours: Monday, Wednesday, Tuesday and Friday9:00am-5:00pm; Thursday 10am8pm

    KeyDuties and Responsibilities

    Daily Duties
    Follows theClinic privacy and confidentiality act with extreme
    Schedules patient appointmentsand follow-ups as
    Respectfullyanswers phones and returns messages; calls patients whenappointments need to be cancelled and/or re-scheduled; triages andprioritizes the relay of messages promptly
    Adheres to appointments in atimely
    Pleasantly greets andwelcomes patients upon arrival and guides them through the list ofproducts and
    Provides aestheticdermatology consultations, including medical and aesthetic
    Takes patients demographics,health card number, pharmacy information, and photographs (withconsent) and inputs into Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
    Reviews patient s medicalhistory and skin conditions at every visit to determine suitabilityof
    Advises patients on proposedtreatments, ensuring treatment rooms, equipment and products arewell-maintained and
    Followsclinic policies and standard operating procedures for all servicesperforme
    Performs medicalaesthetic treatments offered at the clinic, under the direction ofthe Lead Physician and Medical
    Educates patients on skin care and suitable home treatmentregimens, including after-care
    Maintains product knowledge to promote and sell services and
    Assists with education andtraining of new staff as require
    Shares new ideas for process improvement at team

    Administrative
    Reviewspatient bookings
    Maintainstreatment rooms, following up to date Health and Safety
    Monitors supplies and inventoryand submits purchase orders as require
    Stocks, cleans and preparestreatment
    Inspects equipment andmaintains safety measures, including service
    Other administrative duties asrequire

    Managerial
    Reviews caseswith Lead Physician and determines appropriate treatment regimensbased on medical history and skin
    Provide mentorship, educationand training of new staff and residents/medical students as require
    Additional Clinicresponsibilities, sterilization and cleaning as

    Clinical Support
    Works withother staff members to facilitate effective flow of
    Assists to stock exam rooms andworkstations as required with medical supplies to optimizeefficiency and flow for all
    Enrolls in continuing educational programs and staff

    Requirements

    Qualificationsand Skills
    CertifiedMedical Aesthetician or Diploma, require
    High School Diploma orequivalent, require
    3 to 5 yearsexperience practicing as a licensed Aesthetician in a Clinic and/oraesthetics office or equivalent, require
    Demonstrates excellentinterpersonal skills to include problem solving, flexibility,conflict resolution, organizational and communication skillsrequire
    Proficiency in use ofcomputers, electronic medical records and medical practiceequipment require
    Professionalattire required (scrubs and closed toe shoes are required).
    Demonstrates ability to maintainconfidentially for all information pertaining to the workenvironment require
    Currentpolice check (within last 6 Months), required at time of hir
    Must be adept in the use ofMicrosoft Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

    WorkingConditions
    Required towork in a very busy fast paced environment
    Required to work with patientswho may have significant emotional and physical
    Normal working hours as per theClinic s schedule (see above).
