- Meet with corporate participantsto solve issues, offer advice, and/or give support with empathy,sensitivity and a professional customer-oriented approach, on adaily basis.
- Co-manage the relationship withclass representatives together with other teammembers.
- Support corporate participants facingacademic difficulties or overall challenges within theprograms.
- Manage (written and oral)communications with corporate participants, including all writtenregular communications and information points; presentations andinformation sessions; etc.
