- Hold aBachelors degree in Finance Economics or Accounting. An MBA ispreferred.
- Possess a minimum of 7 yearsexperience in the oil & gas industry or leading a debt capitalmarket structuring/syndication team.
- Possess afinancial certification such as CPA CMA CTP or CFA.
- Have extensive experience in securing a corporate creditrating or a relevant understanding of rating agencies.
- Capable of interfacing with senior management in anadvisory capacity.
