    JOB PURPOSE:

    Jobholders at this level carry out specific tasks independently but are subject to close supervision. They research, collect and analyse information, draft reports and documents, participate in specific meetings and develop their own professional expertise. They undertake simple operational activities including collection of documents that support any form of medical status changes for a ZATCA employee, and entry of data into the system to maintain it updated.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Medical Care
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent is required

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct research on the finest medical insurance providers in the Kingdom and associate with the companies that give the greatest medical benefits for ZATCA workers
    • Prepare the forecast of the insurance budget plan taking into consideration all medical plans to support procurement activities
    • Request necessary papers (passports, identification cards, etc.) from ZATCA personnel in order to apply for medical insurance on their behalf
    • Manage medical insurance enrollments, changes and terminations processes
    • Handle escalated queries from medical service vendors regarding any medical service delivery activity and ensure on-time resolution
    • Review medical insurance reports provided by employees to ensure all necessary data and documents are available for processing and validation
    • Maintain and often update medical insurance database in order to keep track of all expiration dates as well as ensure convenient data retrieval in the future
    • Develop, execute, and mange medical and wellbeing campaign as well as medical insurance awareness workshops to educate ZATCA employees of health issues and access to benefits
    • Administer Josor program contract and invoices, workshops and events, and technical evaluation to ensure it answers the aspired medical requirements for employees
    • Participate in meetings and medical insurance vendor evaluations to generate required reports and support decision making processes
    • Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
    • Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner
    • Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly
