    Your main mission will be toprovide assistance and technical support to M2COMMs customers. Yourobjective will be to resolve and prevent potential technicaloperating and maintenance problems. You will install and ensure thepreventive and corrective maintenance of equipment andinstallations.

    Under the supervision of theProject Managers, your mission is based on the followingaxes:

    • Accompanythe customers in the handling of theproducts
    • Providetechnical support tocustomer
    • Prepareinterventions
    • Installand put electronic equipment intoservice
    • Carryout preventive and correctivemaintenance
    • Communicatewith the different actors of theprocess
    Youwill be requiredto:
    • Introduceand train customers to the companysproducts
    • Organizeand control the interventions at thecustomers
    • Ensurethe technical follow-up of the products and their evolution withthecustomers
    • Analyzethe technical problemsencountered
    • Determinethe technical solutions adapted to the needs (and constraints) ofthecustomers
    • Dealwith any disputes that mayarise
    • Elaboratereporting files for the purpose of continuousimprovement
    • Definethe framework of the interventions and select the appropriatemachines andtools
    • Connectand install electronicequipment
    • Configuretheinstallation
    • Detectpossiblemalfunctions
    • Identifydefective components andparts
    • Changedefectiveparts
    • Providetechnical assistance to the customer or to theproduction
    • Ensurethe traceability ofinterventions
    • Testnew product versions (functionalvalidation)
    • Assistin the preparation of parcels and logistics management in theoffice.


    Profil

    Graduatedwith a Bac+2/3 in Information SystemsAdministration:

    • Youhave a 1st successful experience in the IT sector (from 1 to 2years) in similar functions, in order to be operational quickly onthe presented missions.
    • Or You area young graduate, looking for your firstjob.
    Thisposition requires the following technicalskills:
    • Masteryof different operating systems: Mac, Windows,Linux...
    • Useof SQL type databases
    • Mastery ofthe Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel,Ppt)
    • Administrationof software solutions such as ERP orGED
    • Knowledgeof LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, proxy, http network protocols for theirmaintenance
    • Deploymentof wireless and wirednetwork.
    • Englishread, written andspoken
