    Purpose of the Job

    To promote a proactive Health Safety and Environment (HSE)culture by assisting with the implementation and monitoring of coreHSE programs issues provide direction assistant and training withall aspects of the HSE program and processes in the cost effectivemanner.

    JobResponsibilities:

    CUSTOMER

    • Maintain relations with customers andregulatory agencies.
    • Reviewing the copy ofcontract related to HSE clause.
    • Liaise withlocal authorities on health and safety related matters with regardsto facility fitness certificate and required approvals onstorage.
    • Communicating HSE related aspectswith customers suppliers insurers & authorities.
    • Reviewing contractors method statement prior to authorizethe work.
    • Authorizing the permittowork forclient and contractors.
    • Accommodating externalaudits related to health and safety conducted byclients.
    • Visit client facility managed byAramex to hold HSE meetings.

    PEOPLE

    • Risk assessments to be covered for alloperations as part of risk management strategy.
    • Promote Incident prevention for the benefit of employees& visitors.
    • The identification andmonitoring of all physical chemical ergonomic andpsychosocial/organizational factors
    • whichcould be potentially detrimental to health andperformance.
    • Ensure a safe workplaceenvironment without risk to health.
    • Promotepositive safety culture within the organization by raising SafetyAwareness Campaigns.
    • Conduct BTP training onhealth and safety for all Aramex when needed.
    • Arranging safety recognition program as per the feedbackreceived through reporting.
    • Maintaining the HSE statistics for audit and otherpurposes.
    • Preparing and deliveringpresentation for Safety Committee Meeting showing statistics fordifferent products.
    • Developing and deliveringon the job trainings to operations staff.
    • Conduct effective BiAnnual emergency drill forall facilities and ensure the reports being sent to the station ontimely manner with assigning appropriate corrective actions for thefailures and recommendations.
    • Determine accessrequirements to information within the HSE team to guaranteeprivacy and confidentiality.
    • based onsensitivity classification legal requirements and company policiesand pass to IT for implementation.
    • Develop andmaintain HSE teams response and recovery plan during a disruptiveincident using the tools and templates provided by the localbusiness continuity coordinator working within the BIEteam.
    • Identify training and propose trainingfor direct reports.
    • Ensure having asuccession plan in place.

    OPERATIONS

    • Monitoring workplace forall type of risks posed from the operations.
    • Incident Management Perform facility HSE Inspections.
    • Ensure evaluating all chemicals due to beused during the work to verify health risk during transport use anddisposal.
    • Ensuring that correct informationis available on the health risk or fire explosion and environmentalhazards posed by chemical products used at work.
    • Ensure the team is performing daily walk through weeklyworkplace inspections and communicating that to the concerneddepartments to take remedial actions and assigning appropriate caseonline.
    • Ensure the team is conducting weeklytoolbox talks update the workforce on health and safetymatters.
    • Ensure all incidents are reportedrecorded online through SharePoint investigated and rectified toavert recurrence and action plans are routed through CASystem.
    • Ensure that all health &safety policies procedures rules & regulations are adheredto and are regularly updated & communicated.
    • Conduct risk assessment for all work equipment processes& operations.
    • Adhere to companycompliance and sustainability corporate policies.

    FINANCIAL RESULTS

    • Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant healthsafety that would save the business any losses.
    • Provide regular reports to Senior Management on relevanthealth & safety activities (health & safetyIndicators) on quarterly half yearly & annual financialreports.

    Job Requirements(Experience and Education):

    • Must be SaudiNational.
    • Excellent organization written andoral communication skills.
    • Good hands on MSOffice tools.
    • Reporting and presentationskills.
    • Administration background.
    • 35 years work experience in same field.
    • Certified NEBOSH certificate.
    • Certified (كوادر السلامه) KWADER general certificate.
    • Good command on Arabic and English (ReadWrite Speak).
