Last Mile Assistant Manager E Commerce Operations Job Description The Last Mile Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the management and optimization of the last mile delivery operations ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time and in excellent condition This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of last mile delivery strategies and resolving any issues that arise in the delivery process.- Run day-to-day last-mile delivery operations including scheduling assigning drivers riders and ensuring orders go out on time
- Manage train coach a team of drivers or delivery partners including tracking attendance performance and compliance
- Track improve Key Performance Indicators KPIs such as on-time delivery rate OTD cost per delivery and order accuracy
