    Senior IT Project Manager

    Persistence Recruitment on behalf of Jawraa, a prominent Saudi Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager. Jawraa specializes in providing innovative technology services to enhance the telecommunications and digital services landscape in Saudi Arabia. As part of our dynamic team, you will lead high-impact projects aimed at delivering cutting-edge solutions and exceptional customer experiences, contributing to the revolutionization of the industry.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management activities, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
    2. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment of project goals and expectations.
    3. Scope Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Proactively manage scope changes and ensure adherence to project scope throughout the project lifecycle.
    4. Resource Allocation: Allocate and optimize project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to meet project requirements and achieve desired outcomes.
    5. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive risk management strategies and contingency planning. Ensure timely resolution of project issues to minimize impact on project objectives.
    6. Quality Assurance: Establish and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the quality of project deliverables. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify and address any quality issues.
    7. Communication and Reporting: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
    8. Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to effectively manage project changes and ensure stakeholder buy-in and acceptance. Identify and address resistance to change to facilitate successful project implementation.
    9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, computer science, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the IT services or consulting industry.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
    • Experience in telecommunications or digital services projects is a plus.
