    The Role

    POSITION SUMMARY This Sales AccountExecutive will be the primary focal point for the full breadth ofClient retail solutions have a deep expertise in retail and retailtechnology and provide account leadership in collaboration withpresales consultants and delivery personnel.

    The SalesRepresentative IV will reach and exceed assigned sales goals for afull suite of Point of Sales solutions including hardware softwareservices or solutions.

    The incumbent must have a broad sales ortechnical background with experience in working directly withcustomers to consult sell and architect a vision that will enablethe realization of business benefits with enterprise class hardwaresoftware and Services.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Establish andmaintain a high level of positive and effective contact withcustomers and partners to enhance sales opportunities for new andcontinuing business development.

    Selling products and servicesusing solid arguments to prospective customers.

    Execute tacticaland strategic consultative sales account plans for existing and newclients in order to achieve the revenue targets (quota) as directedby the Business.

    This includes the handling of queries effectivelyand dealing with various selling objections during the salesprocess. Proactively connect clients business needs with CLIENTsportfolio of products and services.

    Crosssell other Client suite ofsolutions to existing clients Present and demonstrate Clientsolutions in group meetings to senior executives and emphasizessalable features such as company vision strategy reputationproducts/systems architecture flexibility of design processreengineering capability integration of client systems environmentreturnoninvestment (ROI) studies etc.

    Responds to customers RFP/RFIRequests in a timely and professional manner to facilitate success.
    Perform costbenefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
    Effectively position and recommend the right CLIENT products andsolutions.

    Create or reviews analysis of such tasks as:
    salesproposals workorder cost estimates/proposal completion; ROI StudiesRFP Responses etc. Maintaining positive business relationships toensure future sales. Establish and maintain strong relationshipswith both internal and external customers. Develop a network inperson and via phone with key decision makers in anassigned/designated territory. Network and develop relationshipswith Clevel executives. Help to develop manage and maintain arobust pipeline of sales opportunities through the entire salescycle. Assist the Account Executive team in accurately forecastingcurrent and future potential sales opportunities. Work in tandemwith the various Direct Sales Organization Personnel to provide aseamless interface into the company sales efforts.

    Requirements

    AREAS OFEXPERTISE & SPECIAL SKILLS: Bachelors degree with5 years of experience or equivalent combination. 8 years retailindustry experience as sales or technical engineer 5 years ofexperience on business to business sales experience in hardwaresoftware or services with a proven track record in selling andpresentation skills prospecting and territory management. Goodknowledge of retail hardware & software solutions servicesNative real Arabic speaker. Must be fluent in the English Language.
    Life residence will be in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.

    Residence visa willbe TECOM DUBAI Ability to understand highlevel technology conceptsand communicate to nonIT executives Expertise in prospecting anddeveloping relationships with CLevel Executives in IT and Businessareas applicable to stores and ecommerce Skilled in MS Office Suitefor constructing effective communications presentations anddocuments and financial models to external and internalstakeholders Engaging and effective presentation skills Deepsolution expertise and working knowledge of how assigned solutionswill solve complex business problems in a retail clientsenvironment.

    Working retail industry knowledge or actual experienceworking within the industry Ability to execute tactical andstrategic sales plans for assigned solutions in order to achievethe revenue targets as assigned.

    This includes the handling ofcustomer campaigns effectively and dealing with objections duringthe sales process.

    Strong presentation skills with the capabilityof interacting with senior management levels such as CEO COO CFOCTO/CIO Owner and other managers.

    Works well in a team sellingenvironment and maintains good working relationships with otherfunctional company departments such as Professional ServicesProduct Management Marketing Engineering etc.

    to ensure bothpartner & company requirements are met or exceeded. Goaloriented and ambitious with capacity and drive to reach and exceedquotas. Has operated under a sales quota system and achievedontarget revenue achievement in multiple years.
