As QHSE Manager you will report hierarchically to the General Manager of Saudi Arabia with a functional link to the matrix QHSE organization. You will be in charge to supervise the QHSE organization at country level (NEOM Project) and organize & train all Newrest staff to improve constantly the QHSE level (KPI tracking, with high expectations in this area) and ensure compliance with group standards & customers' requirements.

MISSIONS:

• Manage a QHSE team in order to ensure the implementation and maintaining of internal standards, ISO 9001, HACCP and Health & Safety systems and procedures
• Support the operational teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal non-negotiables & clients' standards
• Participate to the implementation of a strong culture in Quality, Health & Safety and Environment for the company and the employees
• Organize and follow up staff training and lead the shopfloor to meet the training objectives & rise the QHSE culture in the day-to-day operations
• Review all internal and external audit reports to ensure that the rules of the company and customers are properly and efficiently implemented
• Provide monthly reporting of results achieved against QHSE Key Performance Indicators and evaluate achievement in order to implement associated corrective actions to drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to the development and implementation of criteria for suppliers' selection and audit
• Manage quality complaints (root cause investigation process & report) :
• Lead investigations in case of food poisoning or other illness / injury of staff (incidents/accidents).
• Impeccable management and monitoring of QHSE KPIs to avoid penalties
• Minimum 5 years' experience in similar position in food safety production industry
• Bachelor / Master degree in Food Safety / Quality and Safety related fields with solid knowledge of HACCP practical implementation
• Master the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in remote site, life base management
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office pack;
• English

About NEOM Project :

Be part and contribute to a great project NEOM is located in the Sharma Valley. We will expect POB at peak with catering services and facilities management in the remote site.

You will have a company car at your disposal to move in camp. Accommodation and meals provided. No rotation. 6 weeks' vacation. 3 return tickets
