Responsibilities: The purpose of the Geozone ProductLine Quality Leader role is to be a subject matter expert to the GZquality team for the designated product line(s). This role includesensuring procedure and work instructions are implemented acrossR&M and Operations locations and highlighting opportunitiesto simplify or amend to drive clarity. When an incident occurswithin the Product Line the GZ PL Quality Leader will coordinatewith other functional resources to participate or lead aninvestigation conduct a root cause analysis with crossfunctionalsupport and close out the investigation. Similarly the GZ PLQuality Leader will be responsible for reviewing common issues thatare driving Service Disputes and Liquidated damages within theirproduct line(s) and drive improvement projects to reduce the Costof Poor Quality.
This position will report to the Quality function andsupport the designated product line(s) with their product lineexpertise driving quality improvements reduced NPT reduced qualityincidents and improved margins within the product lines(s).
Roles& Responsibilities:
SAFETY SECURITY & COMPLIANCE

• Maintains the highest standardsof corporate governance ensuring that all activities are carriedout ethically and in compliance with Companys Security Compliance& HSE policies Management System relevant laws regulationsstandards and industry practices and complies with the CompanysRules to Live By
• Places Quality Health& Safety Security and protection of the Environment as corevalues while never intentionally placing employees our processescustomers or the communities in which we live and work atrisk.
• Seeks continual improvement in HealthSafety Security & protection of the Environment taking intoaccount responsible care process vulnerabilities public customerand employee inputs knowledge and technology and best businesspractices to exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safetyarrangements of all subordinates and for any persons visiting themwhile on the Company premises.
• In case ofconcerns with safety quality nonconformances or integrity concernsexercises Stop Work Authority to suspend operations.

QUALITY

• Responsible for being familiar with the Companys Qualitypolicies and taking an active role in the compliance andimprovement of Weatherfords Quality Management System
• Maintains quality as an immediate priority when workingacross all areas of the business and continually seeks areas forimprovement.
• In conjunction with the GZQuality team members and R&M Quality implement a qualityprogram and systems to ensure continual improvement and conformityof products and services to internal and external client andindustry quality standards.
• Coordinate withthe Quality function and product line to maintain communicate andimplement Quality Management System (QMS) in R&M andoperations locations.

OPERATIONS

• Support Global Service Deliveryin the distribution of OCPs PSRP and work instructions; assist intraining in collaboration with the PL where necessary.
• Collaborate with Global PL Quality Leaders and GlobalService Delivery to highlight OCP PSRP work instruction andprocedural concerns and areas of simplification as well asopportunities to obsolete documents.
• Driveadherence to Global Product Line processes OCPs PSRPs and workinstructions.
• Implement preventionbasedquality tools and mindset Quality as a superordinate value; leadProcess Control such SPC Design of Experiments PokeYoke to engineerout potential failure modes reduction of process drift to reducesources of variation and drive uniformity of processoutcomes.
• Ensure CTQs (critical to quality)and CTPs (critical to process) elements are executed
• Leverage process mapping cause & effect diagramscontrol charts pareto charts and other analytical tools to helpidentify and visualize issues in order to communicate and addresscorrective actions
• Improve PL quality withinthe GZ operations including service alerts bulletins technical workinstructions operational control plans (OCP) Product &Service Realization Process (PSRP) zero tolerance rules retrofitsrecalls checklists & dashboards.
• Identify nonvalue added process steps and eliminate them inconjunction with quality and product line
• Drive process and work instruction adherence to reduce variationthat can result in escaping defects NPT and Cost of Poor Quality(COPQ).
• Oversight of Project ReadinessProjects and process
• Responsible to take aleadership role in GZ to address Root Cause analyses of designatedProduct line(s) CPARs bringing in necessary support fromEngineering Manufacturing Supplier Quality Product Lines etc. topromote prevention of similar incidences reduction of NPT and Costof Poor Quality (COPQ).
• Responsible forcommunication of PC1/2s as appropriate within the GZ and to theGlobal PL Quality Product line leader. Responsible to evaluate PC3Track & Trend and report to GZ Quality Manager on areas ofconcern.
• Validate and verify effectiveness ofPL corrective actions resulting from CPARs.
• Ensure we are capturing Lessons Learned systematically in adedicated PL database and made available to theorganization.
• Analyse Cost of Poor Quality(COPQ) related to the GZ Product Line(s) results monthly; driveimprovement actions necessary to achieve or reduced NPT and COPQreduction targets.
• Provide Work Instructiontraining (or collaborate to ensure a subject matter expert providestraining) where Quality issues have resulted from a lack of workinstruction or process adherence.
• Asrequested by the GZ Quality Manager and Auditor provide PL SMEsupport for technical audits.
• Ensure TDME(calibration) adherence to requirements. Drive training andimprovements where applicable.
• Support thetendering and contract review process in the GZ as required and inalignment with Project Readiness Assessment process. Provideexecution/oversight of PRA for projects that have been won and arein process of execution.

COMMUNICATION

• Serves andmaintains effective communications with all key stakeholders bothinternal including Quality GZ PL and Global Product Line GPL andwhere appropriate external.
• As requested bythe GZ Quality Manager and Product line support client visits andconstant communication to demonstrate our commitment and promotethe Weatherford Quality and HSE process.
• Regularly and clearly communicate status of annualobjectives challenges you are facing meeting your objectives issuesyou have identified that would likely impact your objectives andquality concerns you have observed that require furtherelevation.

FINANCIAL &PERFORMANCE

• Monitor GZ ProductLine(s) NPT Cost of Poor Quality and Process / Procedure adherenceidentifying under performance and working with Quality and PLmanagement to improve performance on targeted KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree inengineering Quality Management or related field from an accreditedUniversity (or diploma/certificate with relevant workexperience).
• 38 years experience in a QualityService Delivery or related functional role.
• Subject matter expertise in designated Product Line(s).
• 3 years relevant experience in quality relatedcapacity.
• Strong knowledge of projectmanagement quality assurance and quality control processes andphilosophies.
• Proven ability to execute andachieve impactful results in the organization.
• Detail oriented individual with proven ability toprioritize and complete multiple projects concurrently and withinprojected deadlines. Ability to offer creative solutions andresourceful problem solving skills.
• Stronginterpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively aspart of global and virtual teams across multiplegeographies/vertical markets.
• Well organizedeffective written verbal and presentation and communicationskills.
• Ability to prepare and present clearand concise oral and written opinions reports andpresentations.
• Ability to travel up to 50% ofthe time domestic and international.

PREFERRED:

• Lean SixSigma practical experience.
• 5 yearsexperience or more in a leadership position driving influence crossfunctionally.
• Experience of Lean Operationspractitioner.
• Experience with WPTS and OEPS(Weatherford Quality systems).
• Experience ofproject delivery and implementation.
• Experience of Oil and Gas surface systems downhole tools andapplications.
