Roles&Responsibilities

Maydo one or more of the following for high-end equipment (segment5+); press operation, copier operation, bindery, fulfillment, QC,final check, pickup/delivery, facility maintenance, mailroom Thisis an allocated position and exists only when business needswarrant it and must be approved by the Regional This positionreports directly to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor or AssistantSite Manager, depending on site personnel JOB DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for any or all of thefollowing functions including copy and mail center services,conference rooms and AV management, convenience copier fleetmanagement, and various support
- Achieves customersatisfaction by consistently preparing, inspecting, compiling, andassembling projects accurately in a timely

- Produceserror-free/perfect work by demonstrating the operational knowledgeof the use of the duplication equipment used in the
-Maximizes print performance as workflow permits, by simultaneouslyperforming a minimum of two functions on print
-Troubleshoots all hardware and software issues with
-Maintains optimal machine performance by correcting simple machineproblems (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, )and having a working knowledge of machine codes to report, in theevent of equipment
- Presents professional appearance toclients by dressing in a professional attire according to company
