    A minimum of 10 years experience in the technical area of the Refining, Petrochemical, #oilandgas industries with a bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 20 years' experience without a bachelor's degree.

    Experience and knowledge in handling and operating plant start-up and shutdown procedures.
