• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of VxRail systems.
• Learn and gain proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues specific to VxRail.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure successful integration and operation of VxRail systems.
• Assist in regular system updates, patches, and firmware upgrades for VxRail.
• Support system performance analysis and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to VxRail systems, processes, and solutions.
• Participate in training sessions and knowledge transfer activities related to VxRail.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in VxRail and related domains.
• VxRack/Powerflex Rack administration experience
• VCE/CPSD certification - preferred
• Strong UCS skills/UCS certification - preferred.
• Good working knowledge of EMC storage/certification - preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Cisco Networking/certification - preferred
• Strong IT/Datacentre skills/customer- facing experience/background.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience with exposure to VxRail systems.
• Basic knowledge of storage technologies and virtualization.
• Understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
