    Job Description

    Position overview:

    Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the sales, and marketing for professional certifications and training courses within the Hospitality and Tourism industry. which mainly drive performance and growth with responsibility for marketing strategy and sales plans.

    Main Tasks and Duties:

    • Set, implement and monitor annual business plan goals/commercial plan and sales targets within the team with a review monthly to align the sales plan.
    • Provide management and leadership expertise to coordinate sales efforts.
    • Ensure sales team members perform as per expectations and attain sales targets.
    • Perform sales pitch, sales calls and help sales team members to close sales.
    • Participate in meetings and conferences, prepare special quotes and respond to customers for generating and improving sales.
    • Supports sales by giving presentations, following up on sales leads.
    • Develop professional close relations and maintain regular communication with customers and internal staff.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives.
    • Oversee the creation and management of the brand.
    • Oversee the production of all brand identity materials, collateral and the development of new promotional materials (online, and offline).
    • Develop, manage and monitor social media channel strategy.
    • Oversee web traffic analysis to create and execute a successful online and offline marketing strategy.
    • To prepare annual expenditure proposal for all sales, marketing, and communications activities.
    • To forecast and allocate the approved budget as per ongoing activities on a monthly basis.
    • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the management from time to time.

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Masters / Bachelor's in Business Management or any relative major.
    • 5 yeas experience in a similar position.
    • Fluent in English and Arabic
