    Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

    Objective:

    To lead Bayzat's strategic and cultural integration in the Saudi market. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in developing strategic partnerships, enhancing market reach, and providing leadership across various functional areas, all while ensuring the Bayzat culture is deeply ingrained in every aspect of our regional operations.

    Cultural Integration and Leadership
    • Champion the integration and nurturing of Bayzat's core culture and principles within the Saudi team and operations.
    • Spearhead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, cross-border collaboration, and team cohesion.
    • Foster an environment that is in line with Bayzat's culture and core principles.

    Strategic Partnerships and Market Development
    • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships to advance Bayzat's business objectives in KSA.
    • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expanding Bayzat's influence and presence in the region.
    • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key industry stakeholders.

    Sales Leadership and Business Development
    • Provide leadership, coaching and development to the sales leadership team, focusing on strategy, OKRs, and achievement of revenue objectives.
    • Drive business development activities, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities in the Saudi market.

    Cross-Functional Operational Oversight
    • Dotted line oversight across various functions on the ground in KSA, including HR, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with best practices and global standards.
    • Involved in recruitment and talent development across departments.

    Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain robust relationships with key clients, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
    • Implement customer-centric strategies to improve retention and overall customer experience.

    What you will need to have:

    • Over 10 years in leadership roles, with a strong background in strategic development, team leadership, and operational management.
    • Proven ability in embedding and nurturing company culture.
    • Track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
    • Strong alignment with Bayzat's core principles.
    • Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, cultural integration, cross-functional management, and communication abilities.
    • Visionary thinking, adaptability, resilience, and a deep understanding of cultural nuances in the Saudi business landscape.
