• A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Communication Engineering from an accredited program.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the refining and petrochemical industries, with a focus on communication.
• At least 5 years of field experience in construction, pre-commissioning, (commissioning, startup, and operation).
• Experience in Engineering Design & Construction phases, with a strong understanding of international codes, standards, and specifications.
• An adaptable approach to project improvements and cost savings, while having a preference for PMP certification.
• Willingness to work in diverse, multinational teams and be prepared to travel to various locations, including remote areas, as required.
  
  

• Overseeing capital projects to ensure they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Managing the design and coordination of communication systems, involving complex technical and administrative tasks.
• Providing technical input and reviewing the design, construction, and commissioning of facilities.
• Addressing technical issues throughout the project's development related to communication packages.
• Managing the project development process from engineering studies to commissioning and startup.
• Reviewing and contributing to communication equipment specifications in line with Saudi standards.
• Supervising design contractor activities during Pre-FEED & FEED stages.
• Developing detailed project estimates and securing funding approval.
• Understanding international project procedures, engineering phases, procurement processes, and construction requirements.
• Ensuring familiarity with contract documents, project execution plans, and standards to support project completion.
• Providing design input for field communication devices and conducting equipment tests.
• Developing and reviewing testing and commissioning procedures for communication equipment.
