    We are seeking to hire a consultant to join our team.The ideal candidate must be able to work within a team environment, manage team deliverables, and ensure high quality across different projects. Additionally, they should possess analytical skills to analyze project requirements, identify objectives, and align deliverables with the budget. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, conducting studies, and facilitating communication within the team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and run a wide variety of projects.
    • Risk, issue and change management - maintain mechanisms to manage change control, risks, and issues within specific projects.
    • Identify project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
    • Develop new business processes and analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems.
    • Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications.
    • Monitor project budgets and prepare regular status reports.
    • Evaluate project outcomes in terms of quality, consistency, accuracy, overall value, completion dates and provider performance.
    • Lead knowledge building and sharing, using knowledge management methodologies, techniques, and processes.
    • Coordinate with others to utilize learning and development tools and techniques to analyze, identify and communicate requirements for change.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
    • 3-4 years of experience in the management consulting industry.
    • (PMP) certification preferred
    • Saudi citizen

    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of the consulting industry, including its practices, competitors, and typical problems that it faces.
    • Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques
    • Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans to implement solutions.
    • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
    • A great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines.
    • Self-motivated and capable of leading a team.
    • Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
