Weare looking for a dynamic leader to head our Offshore DevelopmentCentre for combination of services (e.g., SAP, Infra, Applicationdevelopment, Monitoring, ) in Bengaluru and managing all aspects ofProject deliverables, Customer and Stakeholders service, andOperations.

Reportingto the Department head, you willbe:

Responsible for and accountable for defining, directing,monitoring, and managing all service delivery activity and supportfunctions for the SAP Business Unitneeds

Overseeing the management of operations, deliverables to havebetterefficacy.

Driving the cost efficiency of the center, maximizing the BusinessUnits throughput & productivity and focus on the inclusiveculture of thecompany.

Deliver consistently high customer satisfaction, measured throughformal and informalfeedback.

Manage and mitigate risks across Technical and Operationalprocesses and customer servicingfunctions.

Drive business growth through partnership with Sales Team toexecute solutions for customersglobally.

Enhance the workplace through leadership, employee engagement andpersonneldevelopment.

Work with business partners to accurately forecast and supportbusiness growthstrategies.

Work with Delivery Manager / Project Managers closely to adoptcustomer friendly strategies to execute timeliness in projectdeliverables.

Ability to prioritize company objectives and meet aggressivedeadlines.

Qualifications

Education:

A minimum of 20-25 years of Experience in a similar role in ITServices / Software Industry. MBA in General Management would beadd-onadvantage

The ideal candidate should have done his engineering from a premiuminstitute

Experience:

Experience in establishing and maturing a ODC from the beginning toover 300 seater, with combination of services (e.g. SAP, Infra,Application development, Monitoring,)

10-12 years of experience in managing all aspects (Delivery& operations) of anODC

Ability to clearly craft, communicates, measure, and managesexpectations ofstakeholders.

Demonstrated record of success in a goal-oriented, highlyaccountable, agile environment
