    Job Description
    • Stay well-informed about labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia to ensure the company's full compliance.
    • Collaborate with business units to develop and implement employee engagement strategies that create a positive and inclusive workplace.
    • Lead the performance management process, including performance reviews, feedback, development plans, and coaching.
    • Identifying, attracting and acquiring skilled individuals to meet the workforce needs of an organization, Workforce planning, Job Description Development, Sourcing & Screening candidates, Interview coordination, Assessment and Selection, Employer Branding, Negotiation and offer management, Onboarding, Data Analytics and Reporting, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
    • Support payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulations.
    • Manage and maintain government portals, including iqama, GOSI, and other related platforms, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant.
    • Handle the final exit process efficiently, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition for departing employees.
    • Contribute to the development and execution of the HR strategy, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor degree
    • 4-8 years of progressive HR experience in different functions, with a strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations
    • Proven experience in employee engagement and performance management
    • Knowledge of payroll processes and HR best practices
    • Recruitment process knowledge, Interviewing Techniques, Talent Mapping & Market research skills required.
    • Experienced in managing ATS, Engaging with candidates on social media platforms, Handling postings on job boards, aware of various sourcing tools.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
    • Energetic and enthusiastic about creating a positive workplace culture
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
    • As per labor regulations, this role is only open to Saudi nationals
