    Responsibilities

    Sourcing and Candidate Identification:

    • Utilize diverse sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
    • Engage with online platforms, job boards, social media, and networking to build a candidate pipeline.

    Screening And Evaluation

    • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
    • Participate in initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.

    Interviewing

    • Conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, under the guidance of experienced professionals.
    • Learn effective interview techniques to assess both technical and soft skills.

    Coordination

    • Assist in coordinating various stages of the hiring process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
    • Gain exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

    Candidate Experience

    • Contribute to creating a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
    • Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates.

    Employer Branding

    • Assist in promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
    • Participate in crafting compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials.

    Compliance

    • Learn about legal and ethical considerations in the hiring process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

    Data Analysis

    • Gain exposure to data analysis in talent acquisition, tracking, and analyzing recruitment metrics and trends.

    Networking

    • Develop networking skills by engaging with professionals in the field and attending industry events or webinars.

    Continuous Learning

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
