We are looking for a Deputy Head of Cards tojoin this large bank located in Riyadh KSA. Reporting to the Headof Cards you will be responsible managing and building an existingportfolio as well as new product launches. Strong preference willbe given to an Arabic speaker with GCC experience with a strongProduct background.
Role:
a.Acquisition:
Identify acquisitionopportunities focusing on crosssell for the shortterm
Design the ideal campaigns based on an understanding of the clientcapabilities and priorities
Build business cases tofacilitate internal buyin and approvals
Coordinatecampaign execution and troubleshoot any issues that maycomeup
b.Portfolio:
Analyze current portfolio andidentify improvement areas across activation spend andauthorization
Recommend a set of actions and translatethem into campaigns and improvement projects
Design theideal campaigns based on an understanding of client capabilitiesand priorities
Build business cases to facilitateinternal buyin and approvals
Coordinate campaignexecution and troubleshoot any issues that may comup
Workwith analytics teams to assess campaignresults
c.Product:
Work with the Bank and schemeteams to define new products and optimal CVP
Help buildproduct business case and help obtain internal and externalapprovals for launch
Program manage new product launch bycoordinating across all stakeholders
Report on progressand troubleshoot / escalateissues
